Position : Sales Executive, AIC Luxury Hotels

  • Location : Remote USA -Boston (New England area)
  • Compensation : $60,000 USD (plus the potential to earn up to 35% of base pay in incentives, based on sales performance)
  • Start Date : March or April 2025

As a Luxury Sales Executive at AIC Luxury Hotels & Resorts, you will drive revenue growth and expand our market influence. You will leverage your strong industry relationships, refined sales acumen, and passion for luxury travel to forge meaningful partnerships and showcase our world-class properties.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Craft and execute an elite-level sales strategy aligned with our brand’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships, securing new business opportunities with luxury-focused travel professionals.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets while expanding our brand footprint in key markets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our distinguished portfolio, articulating its exclusivity and value to prospective partners.

  • Client & Market Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier travel advisors, meeting planners, and tour operators.
  • Establish a commanding presence within the luxury travel sector through strategic networking and industry events.
  • Serve as an ambassador of AIC Luxury Hotels & Resorts, embodying the sophistication and prestige of our brand.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury travel opportunities to drive informed decision-making.
  • Social Media & Event Coordination

  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with ultra-high-net-worth clientele and industry leaders.
  • Curate and execute exclusive tradeshows, familiarization trips, and high-profile networking events, ensuring flawless execution and guest experience.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays and select weekends.
  • Reporting & Professional Development

  • Deliver insightful sales reports and analysis to leadership, highlighting performance trends and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions for travel agencies, meeting planners, and prospective destination wedding clients elevating brand awareness and optimizing sales effectiveness.
  • Pursue continuous professional development through elite industry conferences and training programs.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of high-level sales or business development experience within the luxury travel and hospitality sector.
  • Established relationships with top-tier travel advisors, meeting planners, and tour operators.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills , with a refined approach to client engagement.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities , suited for an elite clientele.
  • Multi-lingual Spanish or Portuguese-speaking candidates will be given greater consideration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and virtual collaboration tools. Candidates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be given greater consideration.
  • Must own or lease a reliable vehicle with valid insurance coverage for business-related travel.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Passport and Driver’s License.
  • Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
