As a member of the AIC Hotel Group team, the PR Account Executive is responsible for supporting the department in amplifying Public Relations (PR) and social media strategies for the company through strategic influencer and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Support PR & social media initiatives for the company, specifically as it relates to influencer and brand partnerships
- Develop, nurture and grow influencer relationships across all hotel brands in the company’s portfolio
- Plan annual influencer strategy outreach for all hotel brands in the company’s portfolio
- Vet all incoming influencer inquiries
- Serve as the liaison between the hotel and influencer in order to seamlessly coordinate collaborations
- Coordinate and execute influencer trips, FAMs and brand trips
- Travel internationally as needed to support on site events and initiatives (influencer FAMs, brand events, etc.) - 35%
- Stay up to date with influencers scheduled for individual hotel visits and liaise with the on-property team to create an itinerary for each visit
- Send out monthly coverage reports for each influencer visit highlighting their posted content and analytics including: engagement, likes, comments, interactions and estimated media value (EMV)
- Proactively research new influencers and brands to work with in order to continue growing the hotels’ social media presence and digital share of voice
- Participate in scheduled meetings with the on-property social media team, brand partners & influencers
- Organize and upkeep influencer content and work closely with the team on monthly PR reports
- Continually research influencers across different niche markets and proactively pitch those who are a fit for the various brands in the company’s portfolio
- Craft annual influencer partnership strategy to support the overall annual PR strategy for the various brands in the company’s portfolio
- Regularly update projects list and press trips grid based on work in progress and work completed
- Contribute creative ways to increase social media exposure for the company and hotels
- Perform other related tasks assigned to support the PR Department
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of social media, influencer marketing or public relations experience (agency
experience is a plus)
- Social media proficiency and creativity across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok at a minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Highly developed communication skills, including writing, copywriting, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels, including working well as part of a team
- Flexibility in approach to working hours (including evenings and weekends) to allow full
involvement in some projects or events
- Be able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Creative, proactive, punctual and forward-thinking
- International travel requirement = 35%
