Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to develop business in appointed regions and target accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in related businesses, with a strong focus on sales revenue growth and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop business in assigned regions and target accounts.
- Maintain an active regional business development plan and update it as marketing or product changes occur.
- Monitor progress of business and projects in the region to achieve quota and assigned tasks.
- Relay information to customers to enhance the company's positive image.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper treatment to all customers.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure an attractive and orderly company image at all times through effective sales displays.
- Able to foresee project requirements and discuss internally/externally to create solutions within AIC Capabilities.
- Establish customer networks and develop sales.
- Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results as needed.
- Business travel required (25%~50% for CA location; up to 50%~75% for other locations).
- Assist in the training of co-workers as assigned.
