This is a quota-driven role where your ability to build rapport, address patient needs, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments will directly impact our growth. What You'll Do:
- Connect Patients with Essential Care: Conduct thorough intake interviews, actively listening to patient needs and gathering critical information to connect them with the right care and support.
- Drive Patient Acquisition & Achieve Quotas: Skillfully manage inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and exceeding quotas to drive clinic growth and success. Your sales acumen and ability to convert inquiries into appointments will be key to achieving our goals.
- Provide Outstanding Patient Service: Be the friendly and helpful voice of AICA, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding patients through the process with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work closely without clinical teams, attorney partners, respond to referrals, and coordinate with internal staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Master Our CRM Systems: Utilize NextGen and Salesforce to manage patient information, track communications, and maintain accurate records.
- Champion Patient Engagement: Proactively follow up with patients, nurturing leads, and ensuring they have the information and support they need throughout their decision-making process.

- Essential:
- High school diploma or equivalent, College Degree is a plus!
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving quotas and targets.
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles, with a preference for candidates who have succeeded in positions for at least 18 months.
- Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Previous call center or healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and NextGen).
- Background in personal injury or sales in a healthcare setting.
Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced, dynamic, quota-driven role based in our Marietta, GA office. You'll work at a computer workstation, interacting with patients and colleagues via phone and computer. Excellent verbal communication, multitasking, and sales skills are essential.
