pain management to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience performing procedure-based pain management and general anesthesia. This full-time role focuses on minimally invasive spine procedures, including epidurals, facet blocks, nerve ablations, and radiofrequency treatments, and may also involve interest in endoscopic spine surgery. The position is based in Duluth, GA, with responsibilities across various Gwinnett and Northeast Georgia clinics.

Experience: Expertise in procedure-based pain management (epidurals, facet or medial branch blocks, nerve ablations, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, Basi vertebral nerve ablation, sacroiliac joint injections, PRP injections, and radiofrequency procedures) and comfort with general anesthesia.
Skills: Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced medical environment with multi specialty teams.
Working Conditions:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. More interventional Pain Management than Anesthesia will be performed.

Key Responsibilities:
- interventional Pain Procedures: Perform spinal interventions such as epidurals, facet or medial branch blocks, nerve ablations, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, Basi vertebral nerve ablation, sacroiliac joint injections, PRP injections, and radiofrequency procedures.
- General Anesthesia: Provide general anesthesia for surgical cases as needed.
- Minimally Invasive Procedures: Conduct or assist in endoscopic spine surgeries and other minimally invasive interventions such as minimally invasive disc decompression and endoscopic radiofrequency ablation.
- Multi-Site Work: Rotate between the Duluth office and other clinic locations in the Gwinnett and Northeast Georgia areas.
- Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with spine-related pain and injuries.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons (hand, foot, extremity, spine), physiatrists, and chiropractors to provide integrated care.
