Aicota Health Care Center is seeking a full-time registered nurse (RN) to serve as an Assessment Nurse. The successful candidate will assure accurate assessments of our residents and successful transitions to their home after rehabilitation.
Wages starting at $43/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and has current licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Has knowledge of long-term health care and public health settings.
- Femiliar with Federal and State regulations and requirements for long-term care
- Familiar with Medicare Part A and B, Managed Care, Medicaid, Hospice Programs
- Knowledge of PDPM Model
- Current CPR certification
- Commitment to quality care
- Management experience, and strong team building and interpersonal skills desired
