About the Role:
You will provide critical executive support, including managing complex schedules, coordinating governance meetings, and organizing business development activities. This position is necessary to maintaining efficient operations for the business growth and engagement teams.
You Will:
You will report to the EVP for Business Growth & Engagement and provide day-to-day executive assistance and operational and project support to them and the wider team.
Your core responsibilities include:
Managing calendars, invites and meeting logistics
Arranging and coordinate business travel
Completing operational tasks as assigned including such as preparing PowerPoint presentations/meeting materials, recording meeting minutes, processing purchase requisitions and receipts, and submitting expense reimbursements and timecards.
You will be based in Durham, NC or Washington, DC and an in-office presence is required.
You Have:
3 years+ of experience in an administrative assistant role for an organization or department offering professional services (e.g., human resources, accounting, medical).
High School diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Experience supporting multiple executives at senior levels

The Salary Range for this role in North Carolina is: $54,400 to $61,200 .
