We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Operations Manager to join our field service team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Maintenance/Field Service Operations with in depth knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance . All candidates should have a broad mix of experience and skills in the areas of manufacturing equipment installation and start-up, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and customer service.

What you need for this position:
- One to five years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment or in the after-market service business (including dispatching field service engineers for installations, warranty, breakdown and preventative maintenance service) of electro-mechanical capital equipment.
- Experience with industrial equipment installation and repair. Supervisory experience is a required.
- Proven track record in customer service activities. Ability to balance customer demands & company priorities and make sure the customer is ultimately satisfied and treated with respect.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining world class customer service relations through a customer facing attitude, responsive communication, equipment troubleshooting, job scheduling, and finding solutions to tough problems.
- Take ownership for overall customer satisfaction with Service for a designated list of customer projects focusing on your experience that could include any of the following: emergency repair jobs, planned service jobs, AMS upgrades, overhauls, PM inspections, installation support, warranty jobs, relocation and others.
- Understand the project commitments and job requirements and establish the team and resources to accomplish such within budget and delivering beyond the customer’s expectations.
