Market Launch Lead

The Opportunity
The Market Launch Lead is responsible for carrying out - and turbo charging - Aidaly’s growth strategy nationwide. This role is critical for preparing and delivering on each market’s opportunity and access points, identifying and cataloging elements that can be turnkey and those that are specific to each state’s regulations and engagement needs. This role will be extremely cross-functional, project managing everything from access and training timelines to brand and social media alignment to market-specific product features and more. We are looking for an experienced, assiduous and hyper-detailed project manager with a strong track record of building internal relationships and keeping all stakeholders accountable and on time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand the nuances of local healthcare policy to ensure Aidaly maintains its position as the standard bearer in home health care
• Drive implementation of Aidaly’s market-specific access strategies, including clear and comprehensive timelines, tasks, contingencies and measurable outcomes
• You’ll create strategic GTM playbooks for each market, iterating and adapting per the local regulations and community needs

Qualifications And Key Success Factors

• 2 years’ experience within healthcare industry, with recent focus in market access leadership
• 3 years’ project management experience 
• Demonstrated leadership skills building high-performing, happy teams; strong ability to engage and motivate people, but always with the managerial courage to stand by difficult decisions.
• Background in consulting and business operations preferred  
• You are operationally excellent and thrive in the unknown; you can manage a large volume of moving pieces without breaking a sweat
• You are a collaborator that proactively partners across teams while holding teams accountable for business results.
