What are the responsibilities and job description for the CHARGE NURSE - LPN- {SNF - SKILLED NURSING} position at Aidan Senior Living at Reedsport?
Aidan Senior Living is looking for RNS & LPN'S to join our small Skilled Nursing Facility on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast.
Aidan is a small family-orientated facility, averaging a census of 22-24 residents. We typically run with two charge nurses on day shift, and we are known in the community for staffing to acuity and not federal minimums. We average CNA to resident ratios of 1:4 on day shift, 1:6/7 on eve and 1/8 on NOC. Adequate staffing helps insure that we meet our mission: To Improve the Lives of the People we Support.
We are resident centered and staff focused. We believe in taking care of your staff, so that they can do the hard work of focusing on patient care. We are looking for nurses who have a passion for bedside nursing and believe in compassion based care.
The ideal candidate would have prior skilled nursing experience but we are willing to train the right person to join our team. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Oregon, be in good standing, be able to pass a background check.
