What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at AIDS Care Ocean State?
AIDS Care Ocean State is looking for the right people to work with our community-based case management program. We provide intensive case management and support to help our clients thrive.
The ideal case manager will be self-motivated, non-judgemental and committed to addressing issues of justice and equity for clients facing multiple challenges. We are the largest provider of HIV case management in the state and have a long history of helping our clients overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in a human services profession, experience working with clients in the community, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of the people you work with. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
The agency is open M-F 8:30-4:30. No evening or weekend hours required. We provide a comprehensive leave and benefits package that includes health, dental and vision coverage. Starting pay is between $17-$19 per hour.
