The Administrative Intern will gain knowledge of essential operations and will gain hands on experience with operations management, project management, customer service, teamwork, data entry, analytical skills, and mutiproject management.
The day-to-day responsibilities and tasks that the intern would be involved in are various project management planning and execution tasks for Departement of Medicine (DOM) and tasks relative to the Client Retention team project and efforts. Will be working within a team environment and be required to collaborate with all departments that are involved in our projects for the department.
Enhance communication skills, project management skills, will gain a better understading of organization retention strategies and department. Will be exposed to the inter operations of a Department of Medicine (DOM) Health Care Center (HCC) environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be a fulltime student at an accredited 4-year college or post graduate
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher majoring in Business Administration/Management or related field
- Must commit to the full duration of the program and full time hours
- Must have exceptional computer skills
- Complete full internship starts June 2nd – August 29th
- Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm
- Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday remote)
