Responsibilities

A Community Outreach Specialist contributes to AHF by actively engaging in community outreach and education, particularly targeting those at risk. By embodying qualities of care, approachability, and relatability, the Community Outreach Specialist significantly increase the likelihood of clients utilizing AHF’s services.

A Community Outreach Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable services and support to individuals and communities in need. Their work helps build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive impact. Through their dedication and commitment, Community Outreach Specialist play a vital role in improving health outcomes, promoting well-being, and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

The Community Outreach Specialist will work as a part of a close knit team to develop and implement outreach strategies and programs that meet the needs of the community.
