A Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) contributes to AHF by reviewing monthly financial reporting, leading meetings and ensuring the Southern Bureau is on track with various goals and ROI requirements.
A Manager, FP&A enhances the reputation of AHF by ensuring we have clean financials, pass audits, keep consistant figures and communicating the results of operations to the Southern Bureau stakeholders
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as a Manager, FP&A, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Manager, FP&A will work as a part of a close-knit team to assist the Director of FP&A Southern Bureau in providing excellent customer service and timely reponses.
Bachelors in Finance required, MBA preferred
Or an equivalent of education & relevant experience (7 years)1. Strategic Planning to incorporate the mission and financial goals2. Business/Financial Metrics analysis3. Financial modeling (forecasting, Budgeting)4. Excellent communication skills5. Superb understanding of Profit and loss statements
