Responsibilities

The Sr. Affiliate Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the financial
reporting team within AHF’s Finance Department. This position ensures
the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of affiliate financial reporting
through a systematic review of financial reports and direct collaboration with
affiliate finance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing affiliate month-end close processes, ensuring proper
reconciliation and timely submission of required reports.
• Onboarding new affiliates, including recording acquisition entries
and assisting in the integration of financial systems.
• Assisting with affiliate financial audits, Single Audits, and tax
compilation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recording intercompany transactions and ensuring the accurate
preparation of relevant journal entries and reconciliations.
• Partnering with the Director of Finance - Affiliate Accounting to
maintain consistency in the application of AHF’s financial policies,
internal controls, and US GAAP standards.

The Sr. Affiliate Accountant contributes to the integrity of general ledger
accounts, bank reconciliations, and financial close procedures by ensuring
all month-end journal entries are recorded and checklist updates are completed.

Bringing expertise in accounting systems and financial analysis, the
Sr. Affiliate Accountant reviews and interprets complex transactions
with professionalism, commitment, and accuracy, supporting AHF’s
financial stability and operational excellence
