As an Assistant HVAC Service Manager, you will assist the HVAC Service Manager in the daily operations of the HVAC Service Team by :
Using your strong service skills to build up team members and help lead them to success.Providing exemplary service to our customers with your exceptional communication and customer focused approach.Helping train and guide service technicians to achieve the Aiello service standards.Meeting and exceeding KPI requirements for continued operational success.Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.Applicants must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.S-1, S-2 or S-10 CT Trade License is a MUST HAVE requirement!Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free.Demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment and procedures.Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.Ability to explain technical information to customers and technicians.Compensation : $70k - $90k / yearly (B.O.E.) annual base salary PLUS monthly and annual performance bonuses.
