Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

Aiello Home Services, a family-owned leader in residential Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Drain Cleaning, has been serving Connecticut for over 90 years. With continued growth, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Coordinator to join our team in Windsor Locks, CT. This is an immediate opportunity for someone ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal stock levels
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory turns, and truck stocking/bin layout mapping
• Manage inventory accounting, purchase order reconciliation, and vendor interactions
• Utilize inventory management software to track and improve supply chain efficiency
• Perform physical inventory tasks, including lifting, bending, and organizing stock

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or wholesale operations
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Computer proficiency and ability to work with inventory software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Trade experience is a plus
