Position Overview :
As a Residential Comfort Advisor, your goal is to identify the needs of our customers and work with them to determine the best new equipment for their homes. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions while preparing sales contracts and financing options that make the most sense for them, while also achieving departmental sales and capacity goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
Establish customer rapport to present the right solutions and services.
Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our service and pricing.
Become an expert in your market area, know the customer's needs and be a resource for them.
Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.
Job Qualifications :

1 years Residential HVAC Sales Experience
A mechanical and technical aptitude

Job Type : Commission Based Position!
Pay : $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (average earnings)
Weekly Schedule :
Monday - Friday (40 hours weekly minimum)
Weekends as needed
