Restaurant Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-kept.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of floors.
• Assist with custodial tasks in both commercial and residential settings.
• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed in the environment.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning roles such as porter or custodian is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is advantageous.
• Experience in commercial cleaning environments is desirable.
• Skills in residential painting can be beneficial but are not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
