The Operators Team Manager will work closely with an external service team operating back-end systems, supervise and manage daily work, record results and provide feedback to the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage operators and out-sourcing budget.
• Plan and set goals for the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations of operators.
• Support operators with training and development activities.
• Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years' experience desired.
