How You Will Make An Impact
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Business Analyst Rotational Apprentice Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience to various departments within our organization, including Operations, Claims, IT, Digital Innovation, and Data. The primary focus of this role will be to develop foundational business analyst skills while contributing to cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business processes and systems while developing essential skills in business analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning.
Throughout the Apprenticeship, you will participate in a structured development program to help build your knowledge and understanding of AIG and the insurance industry and learn new skills through meaningful on-the-job experiences. You will build relationships with colleagues across AIG through peer networking, mentoring circles, and volunteering.
Key Responsibilities
AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry.

Our 2025 Business Analyst Rotational Apprentice Program will run from August 2025 to May 2026. Following completion of the program and receiving associate degree by May 2026, Apprentices may be considered for a full-time permanent role.

- Must not currently be participating in another apprenticeship program (virtual or in-person).
- Candidate for associate degree to be received no later than May 2026 and has completed at least 30 semester credit hours.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
