Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team comprised of Casualty Adjusters and Complex Directors, ensuring high-quality claims handling and business growth
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
- Collaborate with underwriters, insureds, brokers, and senior claim management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 5 years of General and Auto Liability claim experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and make sound decisions
