About the role
The Express Claims Adjuster III evaluates Express claims with respect to loss, coverage, exposure; and ensures timely, cost-effective closure via settlement or denial. May also review and audit files for financial and system accuracy and determines which claims will be released / returned to other analysts for further investigation. In addition, this role monitors no-coverage claims to closure.

- Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster State License
- Analytical and/or customer service experience preferred
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Desk Management, phone ‘etiquette’, time management and dealing with difficult customers.
- Effective communicator (written, verbal, training).
- Ability to order medical records as necessary as it relates to claims (will train on process)
Pay Range: $45,000 - $58,000 annual pay plus bonus and benefits depending on candidate experience
