Leadership Development Program (LDP) Allstar Services
Allstar Services and its family of brands are excited to announce the launch of our Leadership Development Program (LDP), designed to develop high-potential leaders who will drive success across our organization. This immersive rotational program offers hands-on experience in key business areas and prepares participants to take on strategic leadership roles, either by managing an existing brand or opening a new location.
The program begins with a 4-12 month training period that involves travel to various Allstar locations across multiple states, providing exposure to diverse teams, markets, and business functions. Upon successful completion, participants will be assigned to leadership roles, with relocation required to one of five designated states to meet business needs.
Program Structure and Key Responsibilities
During the rotational period, participants will gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in the following areas:
Strategic and Operational Leadership
- Learn to analyze and monitor P&L statements across different locations, identifying trends and corrective measures to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with field operations managers to develop and adhere to sustainable budgets.
- Gain insights into financial reporting accuracy in partnership with finance teams.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership and accountability to teams across departments within a defined geographic area.
- Foster a culture of high performance, delivering extraordinary customer service and driving operational excellence.
- Develop team members at all levels, building a strong leadership bench and addressing underperformance with clear improvement plans.
Operational Standards and Process Optimization
- Ensure compliance with company operational models, safety standards (DOT/OSHA), and customer service expectations.
- Participate in the development of operational standards to drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee service levels across projects, ensuring customer transparency and delivering a positive experience.
Business Growth and Innovation
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales, profitability, and gross margin growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement strategies that enhance market presence.
Safety and Compliance
- Lead by example to promote a strong safety culture and develop processes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed on time to comply with company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking strong-willed, proactive, ambitious individuals with a competitive nature and strong drive to lead and succeed. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in business, sales, or team leadership roles.
- Adaptability and a willingness to travel extensively during the training program and relocate afterward.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to lead multi-location teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
- Self-reliant, enthusiastic, and works well with pressure and a variety of tasks and requests.
- Proficiency in technology and business systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary of $150K for year 1 (or until deployed to run a brand or Greenfield location, then moving to the possibility of earning up to $275K from a salary plus bonus)
