Allstar Fargo is currently looking for a highly organized and friendly Office Administrator to manage lead generation, coordinate marketing support, and assist with general office operations. This role will be the primary liaison between marketing and office administration, helping to streamline processes and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle lead generation and scheduling incoming leads.
Make and receive phone calls in a professional, friendly manner.
Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive, accommodating approach.
Assist with receptionist duties as needed.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team (marketing experience not required, but a plus).
Help manage AccuLynx and ensure smooth operations within the system.
Support office management functions, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Work closely with the sales team to transition phone-related tasks away from their workload.
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or call center role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and take initiative.
Basic understanding of marketing or a willingness to learn.
Ability to hold people accountable while remaining approachable.
Experience with office management and general administrative duties
