We are seeking a highly motivated Field Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves extensive nationwide travel to meet with prospective clients, build relationships, and close deals on commercial roof replacements. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with experience in the roofing or construction industry and a proven ability to secure high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel nationwide (50% travel required) to prospect and close commercial roofing sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments to determine project scope and pricing.
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently.
  • Educate clients on roofing solutions, materials, and the insurance claim process.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, insurance policies, and competitive market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance claims process for roof replacements.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel nationwide frequently (50% of the time).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

This role offers a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn more through performance-based incentives.

Base Salary:
$100,000 annually plus performance based bonus.
