What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Aiken County Board of Disabilities?
This position will serve individuals in the Orangeburg, SC area but the agency's office is located in Aiken, SC. You will be required to report to the office for training and to obtain necessary job items.

case manager needed full-time to identify needs and implement the provision of services within the community for individuals who have Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Head and Spinal Cord Injuries or other disabilities and special needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher plus one (1) year of experience with services to people with disabilities and special needs.
OR Registered Nurse licensed in the State of South Carolina plus one (1) year of experience with services to people with disabilities and special needs.
All degrees must be from a college or higher education institution recognized by the US Department of Education/the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
