We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our shopping center, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and address any security threats or safety hazards.
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems for suspicious activities.
Respond to emergency situations and incidents swiftly and effectively.
Assist customers and staff with any security-related concerns.
Enforce mall rules and regulations to promote a safe environment.
Report and document any unusual activities, accidents, or security breaches.
Cooperate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security or related roles is a plus.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
