Shifts:
- Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dietary Manager to oversee meal planning, preparation, and dietary services
- Coordinate with other departments to provide integrated patient care
- Develop and implement dietary plans and quality assurance programs
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure food safety standards are met
- Lead, train, and support dietary staff
Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian certification required
- Previous supervisory experience in a dietary or nutrition setting preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality elderly care and meeting nutritional standards
