Position Details
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help execute marketing initiatives, support event and tradeshow logistics, create compelling content, and assist in campaign execution through HubSpot. This is a hands-on role for an organized, creative, and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Event & Tradeshow Support
- Plan and execute marketing events and tradeshows, including logistics, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support for industry events and tradeshows. Work with internal teams to align event strategies with marketing goals and measure success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze and report on event performance to measure ROI and inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to define event goals, target audiences, and messaging.
- Content & Social Media
- Develop and schedule engaging content for social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Engage with users on LinkedIn to build relationships with followers, foster brand loyalty, and generate leads.
- Write and edit blog articles that align with Aila's thought leadership and industry trends.
- Monitor, track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Campaign Execution & CRM Management
- Assist in marketing campaign execution, including email marketing and lead nurturing.
- Support marketing automation initiatives to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Perform Hubspot CRM data entry and basic reporting to support marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology or a related industry.
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing events and tradeshows.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating engaging social media and blog content.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (preferred) or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2-3 days in the Natick office).
