Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of toddlers, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Support the lead teacher in classroom management and behavior guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and needs.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers in a daycare setting
- Proficient in classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment
Job Type: Full-time
