We are looking for dedicated early Childhood educators for our preschool program. This is a full time position with a set weekly schedule.
Along with our state of the art center and The Creative Curriculum, you will be part of a program which values our teachers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of preschool children.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Foster communication with parents regarding children's progress and behavior.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student development and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs and promote inclusive practices.
- Encourage social skills and emotional growth through structured play and group activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in preschool or early childhood settings
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement engaging curriculum
- Knowledge of child development and behavior management technique
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
