Position Snapshot : This hourly position reports to AIM’s Director of Housing and primarily assists persons with disabilities and the community by conducting the intake process for housing, information, and referral, monitoring tenant's housing needs, coordinating activities for tenants as well as IL advocacy, support, and community change including the areas of housing.
Candidate Requirements need to include :
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, or other social science; plus
- Two (2) years of experience as a service coordinator or case manager in an appropriate facility.
- Associates Degree in Human Services or Social Work with 5 years of applicable experience.
