IT Support Help Desk Technician - Entry Level Full Time
(Tempe or Deer Valley Location)

What You'll Do
Be the First Line of Support – Help end users with their IT issues, from simple fixes to complex troubleshooting.
Learn – Your first few months are all about learning, asking questions, and getting comfortable with our systems and processes. We understand that starting in IT can be overwhelming, so we provide a supportive, stress-free environment with minimal expectations as you build confidence and skills.
Work with Hardware & Software – Set up workstations, install software, and keep things running smoothly.
Support Networks & Printers – Solve basic network connectivity issues, manage printers, and assist with device setup.
User Account Management – Create and manage accounts in Active Directory & Microsoft 365, reset passwords, and assist with security settings.
Be a Problem-Solver – Follow best practices and think critically to resolve issues efficiently.
Grow Your Skills – Get exposure to advanced IT tasks, automation, and network administration.

A self-starter who enjoys learning and solving technical puzzles
Strong customer service skills – you love helping people and making tech less intimidating
Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365
A team player who follows processes but isn’t afraid to think outside the box
Experience with Active Directory & IT troubleshooting (a plus!)
