Laboratory Automation Solutions, our clinical diagnostic division, specialises in the manufacture of small, innovative benchtop automation for optimising pre- and post-analytical workflows in pathology laboratories, and has installations worldwide.

We are searching for a Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to join our team as we accelerate our growth journey. Logistics and Warehouse Assistant 

What you’ll do:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with our range of products.

• Support urgent shipments and coordinate with the Customer Solutions Group.

• Load and unload shipments.

• Practice cost-effective shipping methods to meet customer expectations.

• Check incoming goods, perform ERP data entry, label, and store them properly.

• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and help solve mismatches.

• Obtain freight quotes and assist with shipment coordination.

• Create and review shipping documents.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and other team members.

• Provide support for various logistics tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• A strong interest in building a career in the logistics/warehouse industry.

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is preferred, but a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and readiness to learn will be considered.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics is an advantage, training will be provided to develop these skills further.

• A forklift licence or willingness to obtain through provided course.

• Demonstrated teamwork and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven approach.

• Solid computer skills, with MS Office proficiency viewed favourably.
