Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Partnerships Team, reporting directly to the SVP, Marketing. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our collaborations, overseeing timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
You’ll support the full project lifecycle—from initiating conversations and managing NDAs to coordinating deliverables and wrapping up post-launch. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple moving parts, and communicates clearly across all levels of the organization.

Who You Are

- Experienced with the full marketing lifecycle, including concepting, production, post-production, launch, and PR.
- An excellent communicator with polished verbal and written skills.
- Collaborative and confident in engaging stakeholders across departments at the right time.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Manage timelines and internal workstreams across multiple partnership projects, ensuring all teams—from product to creative—are aligned and on schedule.
- Maintain detailed project trackers, calendars, and status updates to keep information organized and accessible.
- Lead internal project kickoffs and define cross-functional needs across product, marketing, and creative teams.
- Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and checkpoints to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Act as the point person for partnership milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Support external communication with partners, including asset sharing, timeline updates, and feedback follow-ups.
- Ensure all partner-facing materials (marketing content, product info, creative assets) are delivered clearly and on time.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and workflow.
- Stay connected across teams to proactively flag potential issues and maintain project momentum.
- 3–5 years of project management or operations experience in a creative, brand, or product-focused setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Highly organized with a passion for clean systems, structured planning, and effective tracking tools.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in fashion, brand partnerships, and storytelling is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides.
- Familiarity with Figma and Dropbox.
- Understanding of standard creative deliverables (e.g., JPG, WAV, MP4 formats) across platforms.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
