We're Hiring: Graphic Designer / Videographer
AIM Outdoor Group is an industry leader in the design and production of precision-grade firearms and accessories. Proudly based in Ontario, California, we develop innovative, high-performance components that meet the demands of today's firearm enthusiasts.
We’re growing and looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Videographer to join our in-house marketing and product team. The ideal candidate will be a creative, tech-savvy self-starter with 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video production, packaging design, and web content management.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop consistent, high-quality visual content to promote our brand identity
- Design promotional assets including web banners, product packaging, catalogs, digital ads, brochures, and signage
- Shoot and edit videos for marketing, product demos, and social media
- Maintain an organized digital asset library (photos, videos, templates)
- List and update product pages on company websites
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to support launches and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with DSLR and GoPro cameras, lighting setups, and studio equipment
- Solid understanding of product photography and composition
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic website maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a full background check
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of firearms or the shooting sports industry
- Experience in packaging and label design for physical products
- Animation or motion graphics experience
