1st shift 6am-4:30pm M-Th. /OT on Friday's , work some on Saturday Pay Rate:15/hr. Assemblers perform light assembly by following released procedures.
May perform an in-process inspection to ensure products meet specifications and standards. May generate required documentation to complete the Device History Record (DHR).
Expected to provide feedback on production and methods, product design issues, continuously strives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must be able to:
Maintain productive working relationships within the work team and with other functions
Read and understand: assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials, Standard Operating Procedures, and all other documentation used to control our products and processes.
Read proficiently, write legibly, analyze/evaluate charts/graphs, follow simple diagrams, and follow manufacturing and inspection procedures.
Maintain neat, legible, accurate, and complete documentation, records, and logs.
Able to focus continuous attention to detailed processes and fairly routine processes.
Support continuous improvement activities such as 5S, standardization of work, process
