Pay Rate: $26-27/hr
Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Coordinator supports manufacturing, logistics, and planning by managing inventory, ensuring accuracy, and improving warehouse processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aliquoting and cycle counting of liquid inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Provide materials for production and assist with procurement.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.
- Support process improvements and data tracking.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, and production planning.
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and 2-4 years of inventory/materials distribution experience.
- Biotech work experience required.
- Experience with aliquoting, cycle counting, and lab/pipetting required.
- Valid driver's license with a good record.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
