Job Opportunity: Production Associates Needed - Full Time, Great Pay & Perks
Location: St. Albans, VT
Pay: $21 - $25.35 per hour, depending on shift

Shifts Available:
- B Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 7 pm-7:15 am; Wednesday, 7 pm-1:15 am
- D Shift: Thursday, 1 am -7:15 am; Thursday-Saturday, 7 pm-7:15 am
Key Responsibilities for the Machine Liquid Operator Role:
- Stage and mix raw materials on production lines
- Operate batch controller systems, perform data and SAP entries
- Conduct viscosity and quality checks, including sampling
- Adjust consistency of the paste in a mixer and transfer chocolate as needed
- Operate equipment PLCs and package finished goods
- Track inventory, clean magnets, and document HACCP
- Cross-train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of production/manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Good math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Job Requirements:
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot liquid-based machinery
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong record-keeping and communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate and continuously improve processes
- Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug test (we don’t test for marijuana)
