Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Associate to join our team. As a Community Associate, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to clients in our practice. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage behaviors, and a commitment to upholding resident rights.
Responsibilities:
-Treat everyone (clients and fellow employees) with unconditional, positive regard.
- Provide assistance to clients, including daily living skills, cooking skills, job hunting/resume writing, etc.
- Engage residents in social activities and promote social interaction within the community
- Collaborate with social workers and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
