As a Spa Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising and supporting the day to day activities of the spa and fitness center while ensuring guests receive a soothing, world-class spa experience.

- Two (2)years of previous supervisory experience required, experience in a Spa atmosphere preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail and excellence in guest service
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice both in person and over the phone
- Ability to observe performance and detect signs of emergency situations and respond with proper action
- Ability to participate in the creation of an enjoyable work environment
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy
- Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings and weekends
- Assisting in scheduling employees and assigning work to ensure proper coverage
- Ensuring that all team members are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively perform their jobs
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Assisting with scheduling spa appointments and services
- Assisting with ongoing training of the Rock Spa team
- Maintaining a neat and clean work environment
- Interacting with guests in a professional and service oriented manner
- Answering questions about available services, general property information and amenities of the spa, fitness center and property
- Promoting and selling spa services and retail products
- Resolving guest complaints and communicating with the Spa Director regarding the issue and resolution in a timely manner
- Monitoring supply of guest amenities and supplies and completing purchase orders as appropriate
- Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products offered
