Responsibilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years clay court maintenance experience
- Must be well organized and able to follow through on assigned task
- Must be able to bend stretch shove pull and transcend steps to conduct activities
- Must have good social skills be able to work effectively with adults and children a good mixer with leadership capabilities communicates well ability to write and create reports.
- A proven track record of a dynamic member interaction in a club environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
- Maintains appearance and playing surface of the courts by sweeping blowing water repairing requisition equipment needed as with in the outlines of the courts maintenance procedures and policies
- Roll courts as needed
- Put out the water and ice
- Dispose of trash
- Clean the chairs and benches
- Check timer for watering
- Maintain SerVace Tennis Vehicle
- Periodic special maintenance projects as needed
- Attend meetings as required
- Assist Members and guests with concerns and comments relative to the Tennis Department
