Benefits
After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following:
- Full-time
- $16/hr
- 3pm-11pm
- Weekend availability required
Qualifications
Responsibilities
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State requirements)
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.
- Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and associates.
- Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality attendance and grooming standards.
- Comply with all safety regulations and certification requirements.
- Prepare and maintain food stations, buffet items, and banquet foods.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in all work and storage areas.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, following the "Clean As You Go" policy.
- Know and follow all hotel policies, emergency procedures, and production charts.
- Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a high level of trust, responsibility, and professionalism.
