The Dagny Boston is a new independent hotel in downtown Boston at 89 Broad Street. Designed as Boston’s first Art Deco “skyscraper,” The Dagny Boston occupies the former Batterymarch Building, fresh from a $39 million renovation across 403 guest rooms and 7,000 square ft of flexible meeting and event space. The hotel features two onsite restaurants, Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grill and Tradesman Coffee Shop & Lounge, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym and Peloton equipment. Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Boston in the Financial District, The Dagny Boston is within a 5 minute walk from Boston's waterfront, Rose Kennedy Greenway and Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Qualifications
Responsibilities
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or in progress) preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and basic graphic design.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices (Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and editorial content calendars, or aptitude to learn.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and assist in interpreting performance data.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools (Sprout, CapCut, etc)
- Prior experience with Canva graphic design.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of brand kits and guidelines for content creation.
- Interest in the hospitality industry and a commitment to enhancing guest experiences through social media marketing.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for The Dagny Boston (stories, flat posts, collab posts, etc)
- Manage daily content across various social media platforms including planning, scheduling, and posting via Sprout Social.
- Promote hotel activations, offers, and packages via social media posting through direction from the Marketing Team.
- Monitor and interact with online communities, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and area director of Sales & Marketing and external agencies to promote compelling campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in tracking and reporting on social media performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay informed on new social media trends and technologies to continuously improve our strategy.
- Support promotional activities, contests, and partnerships to engage current followers and attract new guests.
- Create and capture social media imagery, including copywriting and graphic and video editing to be reviewed regularly with the social media manager.
- Assist in fielding influencer requests, and influencer/PR planning.
- Work with the Marketing Manager on other marketing initiatives on a need-basis.
- Assist with social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.
