Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture.
- Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
- Teamwork: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
- Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items. Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.
- High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving).
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
