Job Summary
The Regional Director Hotel Finance provide support to the assigned hotels in the area/region by supporting the area/regional Operation’s team to increase efficiencies in the organization and to transform processes that improve business performance measurement and metrics. This role will collaborate with operations and ownership to gather appropriate data and analyze trends in order to make data-driven decisions that improve overall hotel financial performance. This position will work with field based operations and finance leadership across the company as well as corporate finance leadership.

Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or at least 5 years of experience in finance or data analytics is required; Advanced Degree in Finance Analytics Project Management or related field preferred.
- Hospitality finance experience very strongly desired.
- PMP certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification helpful.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Proven experience in Project Management and developing business metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence others and foster excellent professional relationships.
