Where You Will Work :
Our East Operations Regional Support office is located in Bethesda MD .
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.
Position Overview : The Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across the organization, providing operational insights, and driving key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Reporting and Insights : Support cross-functional teams by delivering actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and influence property operations.
- Solution Development : Diagnose complex situations and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
- Build Relationships : Foster strategic partnerships across departments to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support organizational goals
- Financial Management : Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
- Forecasting and Planning : Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
- Financial Operations Support : Tackle challenging problems across financial operations disciplines, including FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, and Acquisitions.
