AIMES provides a high-level support program geared to meet the needs of everyone
we serve. Such needs are based on a level of supervision that can vary from 2hrs per day to
24hrs total care. In addition, we serve individuals in need of an emergency intervention or
who are experiencing a personal crisis.

Should be able to:
- Provide compassionate caregiving and support to residents in a group home setting.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Administer first aid as needed and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
May work with individuals that display; Verbal Aggression (cussing) Fabrication/Manipulation Attempts. Theft & Property Destruction, W§I 6500 – Danger to Self & Others, Aggression (hitting, kicking, biting, scratching, pinning people down), AWOL/ Eloping, Property Destruction/Fire Setting, Self-Injurious Behavior (hitting, scratching, biting, banging head, slapping himself, jumping out of vehicle), Vocal Disruptions, History of Alcohol Dependence, History of Vandalism, History of Substance Abuse, and History of Maladapt Sexual Behaviors, Emotional Outburst, Vocal Disruptions, rips clothes, and gets naked;
Help reduce consumers risk of endangerment.
Disaster plan training; Safety training; Health/universal training.
Support staff/consumer training, Emergency response training; and
Environment inspection/household training; Crisis Prevention Intervention certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
