Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year monthly bonus structure

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage accounts receivable for our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to clean up and streamline our AR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process approximately 150 invoices weekly, maintaining high accuracy.
- Address and resolve discrepancies related to applied payments.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure timely payment and foster strong relationships.
- Organize and track invoices, following up on any outstanding payments.
- Build and improve AR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirement Experience:
- 3 years of strong accounts receivable experience with applied payments.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (We use the Desktop version).
- Capable of working in multiple different systems and figuring out how different programs work and how to pull reports.
- Ability to develop A/R processes from the ground up.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service skills as they will be talking with customers and must be comfortable on the phones.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort with phone communication.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be a self-starter and okay with a learning as you go training style.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Bullhorn (preferred but not required).
